Each guidebook is created using the information you provide about your dog. Because every dog is unique, no two guidebooks are the same. The content provided is for general educational and entertainment purposes only. It should not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

• Orders are processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe).

3. Delivery

• Digital guidebooks are delivered via email in PDF format.

• Physical guidebooks (if purchased) are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary.

• You are responsible for entering accurate contact and shipping information.

4. Refunds & Revisions

• Because each guidebook is personalized, all sales are final.

• If you notice an error in your guidebook (spelling of your dog’s name, incorrect detail, etc.), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll provide a corrected version at no additional cost.

• If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out—we want every customer to feel satisfied and will review issues on a case-by-case basis.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your dog.

• Photos you upload must be your own, or you must have permission to use them.

6. Intellectual Property

• All guidebook templates, designs, and written content are the property of Happy Tails Guidebook.

• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our guidebooks in any form.

• You may, of course, share your personalized guidebook with family and friends for personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any health, training, or lifestyle decisions you make based on the guidebook.

• Any errors caused by inaccurate information provided by you.

• Delays or issues beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, email delivery problems).
