Every dog (and every dog parent) has a few questions before jumping in. We’ve collected the most common ones here so you know exactly what to expect before you order your dog’s guidebook

Q: How do you make the guidebook personalized?

Before placing your order, you’ll fill out a short profile about your dog—things like their name, breed, age, quirks, and even a favorite memory or photo. We use that info to build a guide tailored just for them, with tips on nutrition, exercise, bonding, and more. No two guidebooks are ever the same.

Q: What happens after I fill out the form?

Once you’ve shared your dog’s info, you’ll be taken straight to checkout to place your order. After payment, our team gets to work creating your personalized guidebook. You’ll receive the finished digital book in your inbox (and a printed keepsake if you choose that option).

Most guidebooks are delivered within [X] days. If we’re especially busy, it may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.

Q: How long does it take to get my guide?

Q: Is this a physical book or digital?

All books come in a digital version with the option to order a softcover or hardcover version as a keepsake.

Q: Can I order one as a gift?

Absolutely. Just use the recipient’s dog’s information when filling out the form. We’ll send the finished guide to you, so you can forward it as a surprise.

Q: Do I need to upload professional photos of my dog?

Nope. Everyday snapshots work great. We’ll include at least one of your photos in the guide, and we can also generate additional images to round it out.

Q: What if I have more than one dog?

You can order a guidebook for each dog, every pup gets their own. (We don’t recommend combining them into one book, since each guide is personalized around a single dog.)

Q: Do you update the guide as my dog gets older?

Dogs change over time, so we designed the guide to grow with them. You can order an updated edition later to reflect new quirks, habits, or life stages.

Q: What if I’m not happy with my guide?

We want every owner to love their guidebook. If something feels off, let us know—we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I frame a page and hang it on the wall?

Go for it. Some owners print their dog’s “About Me” section as a keepsake.

Q: What if my dog is a little… weird?

Perfect. Quirks are what make each guidebook unique. The stranger the habit, the more fun the personalization.

Q: Will my dog actually read the guidebook?

Probably not—unless they’re a genius border collie. But you’ll definitely notice them appreciating the changes you make from it
